Returns/Refunds
Brilliant Choice will exchange or refund any 'center' diamond if you are not satisfied. Additionally, any unworn and undamaged merchandise may be returned in accordance with the restrictions outlined in this section.
Please call Brilliant Choice for a return authorization number within 5 days from receipt of your purchase.
All returns must be shipped fully insured with signature required through the U.S. Postal Service at
the customer's expense. Customers will receive a refund for the
full purchase price after inspection for damage, alterations, or wear.
Credit Card refunds will be credited within 7 business days of receipt of
the merchandise. Other refunds will be made by a corporate check
issued within 7 business days. Refunds and returns apply to in-stock items and do not apply to special orders, custom
designs, or altered merchandise. Shipping expenses are not refundable.
