Trade-In or Trade-Up

Over time many of our customers want to trade-up to a bigger or nicer diamond.  Any diamond (excluding consignments) that you purchase from us can be traded-in at full purchase price toward the purchase of a new diamond.

Returns/Refunds 

Brilliant Choice will exchange or refund any unworn and undamaged merchandise in accordance with the restrictions outlined in this section.   All returns must be received by Brilliant Choice within 10 days of purchase.  The item returned must be shipped fully insured through the U.S. Postal Service at the customer's expense.  Customer's will receive a refund for the full purchase price after inspection for damage, alterations, or wear.  Credit Card refunds will be credited within 7 business days of receipt of the merchandise.  Other refunds will be made by a corporate check issued within 7 business days.  Items that are special orders, custom designs, or that have been altered may not be returned or exchanged.  Please ship and insure authorized returns to:
